Ryan Mount

Bio

Mr Mount, who joined the Board on 28 April 22, is an experienced company director with expertise in Domestic and International capital markets. Ryan also has operational and board experience in both the industrial and mining sectors.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Turnaround Management Association of Australia.

Leanne Catelan

Bio

Leanne Catelan joined the board on 31st August 2011 as non-executive director. Leanne is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Leanne has commercial and management experience within both private and public company structures, including more than 8 years in the Information Technology Industry.

Leanne also has experience in the Sports Management Industry, including contract and endorsement negotiations both domestically and internationally.

Trevor Easterbrook

Trevor joined Excelsior in April 2022 as an outsourced Chief Investment Officer (CIO), bringing over 25 years of fund management expertise across Australia, London, and Hong Kong. He leverages his global perspective to construct multi-asset, non-correlated portfolios with a focus on private market products, quantitative overlay trading, and equity tail protection.

Previously, Trevor was the Chief Investment Officer at Levitas Capital, a quantitative hedge fund recognized for its innovative long volatility strategies and equity market tail risk hedging solutions. Known for delivering cutting-edge investment strategies and robust risk management solutions, Trevor’s career exemplifies a dedication to analytical precision and strategic foresight.

In addition to his investment management roles, Trevor holds a Master of Forensic Accounting. He acts as an Expert Witness, specialising in equity derivative trade and valuation, listed warrants, and portfolio management mandate compliance. His diverse expertise underscores his commitment to delivering tailored investment outcomes in dynamic market environments.

Danny Herceg

Bio

Danny re-joined the Board in April 2021 and previously served as a Director of the company from 2007 to 2014 and as Chairman from 2019 to 2021.

Danny is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer. Danny’s practice is focused on initial public offerings, secondary market capital raisings, capital market divestments, public and private M&A, strategic divestments and restructures, demergers / spin-offs, takeover defences and commercial negotiations. He has been advising Australian and international enterprises for over 18 years.

Danny has been a partner in several major Australian law firms, as well as working as a foreign lawyer in the head office of an international law firm in Chicago, gaining experience in US capital markets. He now leads his own boutique firm. Danny has been on the board of several ASX listed companies.
